I need help with my order.
Since Bounty only helps you get paid for your views, we don't have the ability to make any adjustments to the order itself. If you accidentally ordered two items instead of one, if your shipping address has changed, or if a coupon code didn't apply, you will need to work with the brand directly to modify an order.
Most commonly, you can find the brand's policies on order adjustments within their FAQ or help articles. Additionally, if your order has already shipped but you need to change the address, you may be able to reach out to the shipping company directly to update the address.
